VIO is known for its high standards and great service, VIO Med Spa is ready to meet the health and beauty needs of Connecticut. Founded in 2017 in Strongsville, Ohio, VIO Med Spa is a national, all-inclusive med spa providing the latest cutting-edge technologies and therapies offered in the wellness and aesthetics industry. VIO Med Spa is purpose driven, helping women and men of all ages to look beautiful and feel confident.
VIO Med Spa's highly educated expert team of medical professionals and practitioners focus on meeting the needs of each guest by recommending products and services that are sure to get the desired results. VIO currently has 36 open locations across thirteen states, with 30+ additional locations scheduled to open by the end of 2024.

Geoff is also Co-Founder and CEO of Cava Studio and Managing Partner and Founder of Cava Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in visionary entrepreneurs building valuable technology and consumer lifestyle businesses. Geoff has helped build over 20 venture-funded businesses, has raised millions of dollars of venture capital, worked with many companies as advisor and investor, and sat on several boards of directors at various stages of company growth. Geoff founded and has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LYMBR, a leading luxury brand in the consumer wellness industry.
BECKY CERRONI | President and COO
Becky is a visionary and versatile leader with over 18 years of executive-level experience in various sectors, including beauty, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle. She is currently the President and COO of GoSaga, Inc., a global platform that connects and accelerates emerging consumer brands with a social impact. Becky works alongside brand leaders and operators to scale their brands and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. She leverages her extensive management, operations, and strategy expertise, as well as her M.A. in Ocean Policy and B.A. in Biology and Environmental Science, to support brands that align with her passion for environmental issues, sustainability, and environmental policy. She is also the Founder of Amp Studio and a strategic advisor and business coach for fitness studios across the US. Becky is a board member of YPO Greenwich, BFS Masterminds, and was previously on the CX Advisory Panel for the University of Houston Bauer School of Business. She was also on the advisory board for FitGrid, a fitness tech company that connects studios, instructors, and clients.
CHRIS BLYTH | President, LYMBR and Vice President, Business Development
Recently, Chris joined GoSaga as the President of LYMBR, GoSaga's premium stretch studio brand with corporate and franchise locations, and he also serves as VP of Business Development at GoSaga, focused on B2B sales and partnerships. Previously, Chris developed and launched the B2B strategy and drove sales for lululemon Studio (formerly MIRROR), a hybrid fitness experience that combines original classes, on-demand and live workouts, and in-person studio locations. He led the expansion of lululemon Studio into new verticals, including hospitality, corporate wellness, and corporate gifting. Chris also co-founded and successfully exited LIFT session, a digital fitness and wellness platform for companies, fitness clubs, and wellness providers. His expertise and passion lie in creating, scaling, and leading businesses that leverage technology, data, and content to transform the fitness and wellness space.
KACIE SKIDD | Director of Sales Operations
Kacie is an experienced Sales Director with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Kacie has honed her skills as a sales manager at renowned companies like Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Orangetheory Fitness, and StretchLab. Her expertise lies in strategic sales cycle planning, adept employee management of large and small teams, and streamlined sales operations. Kacie brings a dynamic leadership style and a proven track record, driving success in every role she takes on.
DAN HENRY | Vice President, Franchise Development
Dan is a sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, who has a wide range of sales disciplines. A "Hunter" with a proven track record of business development, brand building, account retention, relationship, and distributor management. Dan brings experience from:Tough Mudder, Fantastic Sams among many other franchise companies.
STEVE VOLKWYN | Co-Founder, Director of Franchise Development and Construction
Steve has more than 10 years of executive experience in the hospitality and consumer lifestyle industries developing and implementing growth initiatives across various high-end luxury brands. Steve acted as Director, Sales and Community Outreach for a regional consumer lifestyle company, LYMBR. Steve was instrumental in negotiating and securing multiple B2B contracts in the workplace wellness space for national and global companies. These companies are among the top tier in their respective industries and their commitment to employee wellness initiatives. Steve grew up in South Africa and graduated with honors from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor of Science. Steve brings experience to GoSaga from LYMBR, Sabi Sabi, AndBeyond.
QUINN CAPUTO | Assistant Director, Corporate Development
Quinn is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in real estate, startups, and media. He began his career as an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), where he advised Fortune 500 companies on their real estate requirements throughout the U.S., developing a deep understanding of the industry. He was then recruited to join the two co-founders of House Studios, an impact-driven media company, where he played a pivotal role in the fundraising and formation of the company. During his time at House, Quinn was instrumental in driving the company's success through developing strategic partnerships and executing key initiatives helping drive significant growth to the business.
SUE PACANOWSKI | Director, People
Sue leads the HR function for LYMBR, a personalized stretch health & wellness company, focusing on strategic planning, compensation, policy and procedure development, talent acquisition and retention, onboarding, communications, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and regulatory compliance. Before LYMBR, Sue created and led HR operations as Director/VP of Human Resources for Cervalis, a tech startup company. She was instrumental in building the business over fifteen years to a $400 million sale to Cyrus One. Before that, she created and led HR organizations for Millennia III, Inc. (acquired by EMC Dell) and Paradigm Systems (acquired by Platinum Technology).

Seasoned, visionary software executive with two successful exits as Founder and CEO. Over 20 years of experience ideating, developing and scaling software solutions for businesses of all sizes. Specialist in business development, strategy formulation, operations management, and partner development. Sam bring extensive experience in the beauty service booking service vertical including founding and exiting both WebOpenings and GoLoyal.

With an innate talent for leadership and a background in psychology, he excels as a “head of culture.” Starting in finance and pivoting to health and wellness over a decade ago, Marc brings a well-rounded perspective and unique insights. He has founded, run, and led multiple successful organizations, building an impressive record across industries. Serving in the C-suite for over 10 years and as Chief of Staff for a diversified organization, Marc is a trusted advisor known for candid advice, bridge-building, and strategic decision-making.
